Funes Mori offers more than Jagielka; Galloway is a better defender than Baines; Holgate should be given some game time (though i prefer Coleman he's an able deputy for him); Deulofeu is better than Mirallas; Davies can come in and do a job in one of the CM roles.

If you had those five players in the next match you wouldn't notice the difference and they have a future ahead of them that the players currently occupying them (Coleman apart) dont.

Entirely consistent. How isn't it consistent? There's no contradiction between saying Holgate shouldn't lose his jersey if he's played well enough to retain it AND stating that I prefer Coleman. Is there??
