AV Referendum.

So we are being asked whether or not we should change the voting system, it isn't the proportional representation system that has so long been suggested, but some system that most tbh had never heard of called AV, where I believe you ave to put each candidate in '1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th Conservatives' order.

So is this the way forward ?

What do those that use this system already think of it ?

I don't see how this system is any fairer than the current one, in fact it just serves to overcomplicate an already complicated system. I would much rather proportional representation was being discussed.

Can't see it making much difference to be honest. The problem isn't how you vote, it's who you vote for and how often you get to vote.
