Aussie politics

1. Aussie voters vote in KRudd as leader.
2. Members of the KRudd party kick out KRudd and put in Gillard as leader.
3. Gillard gets elected in a minority govt. (needs support of Greens to form govt.)
4. Greens push their agenda, "save the planet", "give gays equal rights", "everyone must live in grass huts" as they now can or else they will no longer support Gillard.
5. Everyone hates Gillard.
6. KRudd sees his opportunity to oust Gillard as she smells like poo and mounts leadership challenge
7. to be continued on monday....

These are the days of our politics.

Well yeah haha....but then again, Aussie is one of the few places in the world right now beating the recession, and it's dollar has never been stronger. Must be doing something right.

Have you read 'Down Under' by Bill Bryson? It made me want to emigrate immediately.

Ooh that's a tough one. I loved "the life and times of the thunderbolt kid." I like them all really though, "Shakespeare - the World's a stage" was wonderful as was "Mother tongue."
