Apparently talks have been restarted about the possible 'Atlantic League' which would include clubs from smaller nations like Scotland, Holland, Belgium, Denmark and Sweden.

Prolly not gonna happen but I'd like to know if it'd be a fixed membership club or how they would manage relegation and promotion and how it would affect Europe places for the participating countries.
