Mrs S got me doing a variant of the Atkins before we went on our joolies I lost 3/4 of a stone in about a month, as said, loads of protein, the one we did we had no carbs, dairy or fruit for 2 weeks,then added nuts and a bit of fruit. I was surprised how easy it was, you can still have a half decent fryup, i got used to salads a lot easier than i thought i would. I changed shape more than the weight loss would suggest too, really felt better so back on it good style after xmas. Before I started I was 15st 4lbs, I'm now 14st 4lbs but looking much trimmer.
