anyone else seen the documentary 'a very british gangster' ?

the manchester based noonan crime family, what a joke 2 docs done on them now they are being shown on discovery in a four part series called 'at home with the Noonans'

i don't understand why they get any air time at all. anyeone on here know of them.

All the footage is about 10yrs old. The same as most of his 'associates'.

Donal must be on the bones to be putting this nonsense out.

agreed and he's been following them for years now, i don't see the fascination personally and he does hang around with a lot of kids doesn't he weird man.

I think most proper criminals have the good sense not to broadcast their activities through the medium of television, hence Big D having to hang around with these types.

I wonder if the Chelski boys are still looking for him after the tattoo stunt?

No, Donal done a documentary on hooligans and blagged he was Chelsea and got in with a few of them. Then stiched them up and a few got a bit of time in the shovel. He even got a tat to convince them.

There was a few quid on his head at one point.

I read in Zoo magazine that he's 47 yet has spent like 30-35 years of his life in nick, you sure you're not watching the worlds dumbest criminals?

Same with Frankie Frazer from the 60's eastend gangs era..............spent over 50 years in prison....don't sound like a good criminal to me.

I know a story about the Noonans, they owed a certain Liverpool chap (well his family) some money, but refused to come and pay, mancs mouthed off, and said come and get it if you are hard enough blah blah blah..... Time and place agreed, a Noonan pub in North Manchester, Manc's finest all ready and waiting in this pub, surrounded by almost 100 of his "lads".

Scouse chap, with just 4 lads, just turns up, walks into the pub....LOOKS AND SMIRKS AT Noonan.....who then just hands the bag of cash over, no arguments, bricking it !!!

Another, Gay Noonan swans into a Cafe in Bolton, walks to the front of the line and demands a brew, Owner of the Cafe (50 year old woman) hits him with a baguette, tells him to grow up, and he fecks off......little mob of "lads" in tow !
