With Villa , everything is in place .... e.g Ground . fan base , training facilities etc. No need in any investment apart from the playing side.

oh and the "FARMHOUSE" is quite a decent gaff
 
So birmingham, Villa, Hull to name a few are getting ready to be taken over and we aren't? !

good luck to villa, hate them with a passion but at least they have some sort of a business man in charge right now.
