I'd never liked Villa after going to all three finals in 1977 which ended of course in glorious defeat, but this made up for it.

The good old days mcmahon by the roundabout, his car was in traffic just as a huge crew of everton lads hit the scene,bit out of order had his wife and kids with him I think, the noise that night was amazing , villa were over run off the pitch , even after we won everybody was still going nuts, some daft villa lad was bouncing all over the place by the big pub offering everybody out from a safe distance and a police horse knocked him over everybody was laughing at him, by the time he had got to his feet he was surrounded and the police horse had well gone and so had his mates.
