Difference between men and women with sex is incentive - for a man, the incentive is in sex itself, for a woman, it's what she can get out of doing it, whether that's a rich man, stable relationship, straight cash or whatever.

A man will have sex solely due to mutual attraction. A woman won't. To give an example, if an A-List celeb hit on a single woman, they'd turn it down if they didn't recognise them, but probably accept if they did. If an A-List celeb hit on a single man, they'd probably accept regardless.
