Have you actually reviewed the evidence ?

It's obvious on the video which is freely available on the internet that John Terry was saying 'Black c**t' in a sarcastic manner after saying 'What ?' to Anton Ferdinand. Ferdinand himself even admitted in court that he didn't hear Terry say that to him.

But hey, lets not let the facts and a court of law's findings get in the way of hating on somebody.

Footballer Anton Ferdinand dismissed insults traded with John Terry as "banter" and initially denied any racist obscenity had been used, a court heard today.

He shook hands with Terry and accepted that their clash was "handbags" and "banter".

I mean in the video itself you can see Ashley Cole walking right past John Terry as he apparently 'racially abuses' Ferdinand. Now i know Ashley Cole is a bit of a bel end, but i can't see him walking straight past a guy, team mate or not, who is calling somebody else a 'black [Poor language removed]'.

I dont really mind Cole, and as for ratting on his wife, blimey, if anyone saw her on Jonathan Ross, (might have been Alan Carr), she come over as the most self obsessed, boring drone of all time. Surprised he lasted with her as long as he did!

As for the FA comments, difficult to disagree with him really. In effect, they said his evidence was unreliable, ergo, you are a liar. Why shoulnt he take issue with that?

They, (the FA), should be taken out and fekkin shot. They call themselves the custodians of the game, spout garbage most of the time, have a *ahem* "success" rate of 98% in disciplinary cases THEY call, (with hardly any right of appeal), and to sum it all up, unless I am very much mistaken, they have managed, in about 120 years, a similar success rate with the national side as WBA. Brilliant. Gongs all round. Not a fan.

True but still... It's his employer.

I'll be shocked if they don't punish him for it... I'm talking a ban. A fine will just make him laugh it off.

How ironic.

It's like a chimps tea party this bizarre situation, racism, the FA not upholding legal decisions and player disrepute.

Might be a good omen for us last time we had a first player playing in such a position Gary Stevens - right back... Won the league.

Leighton Baines left back.... We are second in the league.
