Firstly lads, been away for a while so just wanted to say hi to all again!

Hope everyone is doing well.

Anyway didn't get to see the match yesterday but apparently he was our Star Man according to The Sun whatever they know. Just wanted to find out what people thought and if we're hoping getting somewhere to getting the best out of our boy again. I love him and think he's vital to us but I do remember some people starting to get on his back on here.

He was good but still not as good as we've come to expect before this year. Massive step up from recently, though.

No seriously mate, we do a sweep of user names every three weeks and those who haven't posted we look into.

As you were posting a bit two months ago we were worried. Where did you go?

The last few games he has shown a marked improvement in form, and it is quite welcome as he has been quite poor much of the year (worst on the field many games).

He showed moments of greatness, and definitely caused one of the goals with a heated run to the endline, gave the extra effort to beat a man in a race and was able cut the ball back and place it right at Beckford's adjusted run. Becks did a good job, but there wouldn't have even been a scoring chance if it weren't for Arteta's effort and deft touch. It was a moment of greatness, no doubt.

Yeah sounds as though Mikel is finally starting to turn it around again. He's always been a player who I think reflects our form as a team - if he's playing well, we are markedly better.

Chic - just been away and having to deal with some family stuff so haven't had time to post really. Am back now though. Hope all is good with you mate.

He needs a few more performances under his belt before I am happy with him. I mean he is solid but his flare has just gone and thats what we need.

I think another good performance from him tonight would be a big step in the right direction. Two good games on the bounce is massive at this stage. But a massive improvement on saturday, his work for the second goal should have given him bags of confidence

I don't know how you guys can even consider that the great Spanish Conquistador is not back to his best when his own manager says..And I Quote " He is our Iniesta" !! How can you argue with a statement like that ? Unless the Iniesta he is referring to is Clive Iniesta who probalby plays in the Rymans Premier league South Division ,League 2 under 16.. Mr £75 Grand , still has a loooooong way to go before he can go anywhere near recapturing the form he used to bless us with, week in week out, that garnered him that massive wage rate :(

He's getting back to his best because.... he had a good game?

He's been awful by his usual standards this season, one game won't change that. It was however encouraging to see him playing like he did and let's hope this is the catalyst for an upsurge in form - because when he plays well, Everton play well.

Firstly, he wasn't. Osman was against Sunderland by a mile.

Secondly, no, he isn't. He actually managed to hit a two-man wall tonight.

I was undecided, but I'm not now. Sell him in the summer if it means keeping Fellaini. Without question.
