Wenger is at it again, he accused Everton of dodgy activity last year becasue we loaned players

and now he is accusing Man City and Frank Lampard of "illegal" transfer activity, because Man City have loaned Frank Lampard from New York City FC.

Wenger has clearly forgotten that he loaned Theirry Henry from New York Redbulls, clearly it is fine when Mr Wenger loans players, just not the rest of the teams in the league.

I wonder if he knows that he is coming accross as a complete idiot? Its like when he complains about teams "bullying" his but when asked about his own players misconduct; he simply pulls a face, shrugs his sholders and says "I did not see it"
