Arsenal in crisis?

This is the team that likes to throw themselves to ground and a manager who "didn't see it"
FFS.

Oh and in reponse to this thread.

Arsenal have the potential to go "BANG"

Could be quite a big bang too.

The bigger they think they are. The harder the fall

you seem to believe the hype in the media about certain teams. i bet you believe in `fergie time` and `bitter blues`.suarez did a pathetic dive yesterday but there was no mention of it anywhere- too many of these shown on air and you get a reputation. example- stevie g, biggest diver in the league but not a bad reputation. Arsenal are no worse than anyone else at play acting.

How come you think every other team in the Prem is **** and ready to implode apart from us?

He probably isn't too far off the mark. We're in dire shape to be sure but after the spending that's occurred combined with the economic and credit bust from the past few years, I've got to imagine there are several other clubs out there that are on the edge in terms of their finances.

It isn't just us although ours have been well publicized lately.

Arsenal to financially implode? And you're a realist. Dear lord. Their new majority shareholder has countless riches, the Russian shareholder who was vying for power was willing to underwrite a shares option that would completely clear the club's debts and even if you ignore that, when they pay off their stadia I predict their turnover and profit margins will place them among the financial elite in world football.
First someone questions Phil Neville's professionalism and now this, good grief.

We have alot of injuries guys. both left backs injured, Djourou and Squillaci injured. koscielny got injured 20 mins in the game. Diaby, Wilshere and Rosicky are injured. Song and Gervinho were suspended. had 2 18 year old make their debut. yet those clowns couldnt do much until we got a youngster red carded, then they score a combination of an offside and own goal. Sh1t is really against us.

But we will get players back and Wenger has said he's definitely gonna spend. What we can attract depends on our result against udinese. Also the idea that Wenger refuse to spend is not true at all. There's alot of problems between the board and Wenger behind the scenes. He wants the club to increase the wage bill otherwise whats the point of getting 30 million player if you cant match his wages. Mata is the perfect example, they had him and Chelsea came in and blew us out of the way. He also told the board he dont want Jagielka, Dann or Cahill and want better CBs and want them to spend big.

The poor start is actually a good thing for us as it forces the board to react even quicker and hopefully they will spend proper money. i also watched your game against QPR and jagielka was poor, his handling for the goal was amateurish

Welcome back, gooney lid. I'll read your post in a second, but until then, a welcome back. It's nice to see the other side from time to time.

EDIT. I read the post.

Gooney I recall your chief exec stating that there was as much money at Wenger's disposal for transfers as he needed. Apologies I can't cite a direct reference but I definitely remember him saying words to that effect. Bearing in mind the Cesc cash and the potential Nasri windfall has anything changed? At a rough estimate unless things have altered I would suggest a war chest of around 80-90 million would not be far wide of the mark.
Would you have been happier for the Russian fella to have become majority shareholder, do you feel this is from where of your problems stem?
As I said mate I wouldnt worry about Arsenal, when your stadia is paid for you will be in my opinion not only independently financially stable, without the need for a sugar daddy, but capable of being in the world's elite.
