Don't think running off the shoulder of defenders was ever his forte.

Not a dig at all , they both have different qualities.
Stating the fact that Dom doesn't score that doesn't diminish how good or bad either of them are.
They are different types of players , and it's good that we now have these options.
Do you think Dom scores from that position where Beto picks the ball up nowadays.
He's done it once or twice in the past 8 seasons .
He's a different player around the penalty area were the vast majority of his goals come from , I really like the lad.
But he's not scoring that tonight tho.

Hard to say, anyway, not really taking a side, Dom is a great player for me and I was very happy to see Beto wrap the game up and secure the 3 points.

I like Dom , a lot , we are a far better team when he is in it, his hold up play and bringing others in is superb.
Beto can't do that but he has very different qualities as we saw tonight.
I watched him in Italy & thought he was very good with the right service and gives us an option agst teams that play a high line.
Happy we have both of them tbh.
BTW, on another night Dom has a hatrick with the chances he had.
He might convert them v Chelsea.
