Chicoazul is actually a software programme. CHeap Integrated CObol Assisted Zero'd Utility Language. Started life as that table tennis game before it was given AI , several upgrades and promoted to speaking clock. Latest version due out in May (scrabble generator).

That would make sense. How could Chicoazul be in all places on the internet all of the time otherwise?
