I don't really agree with either of the statements. I don't think he's as bad as some people do but I do think he's very limited as a manager and not a good long term option.

I think the bigger issue is that the squad is a mess and that's not allardyces fault. The signings he's made so far all make sense on paper, unlike a lot of our dealings in the transfer market lately.

That's a fair point, honestly. How many people were saying that Sigurdsson wasn't a need because of the other signings?

That being said, he's terrible and I want him gone as soon as possible. Any manager whos team has 2 shots on target in 5 matches and says "we need to be more conservative" in response should be shot out of a cannon into the nearest non moving object possible.
