Are we past the point of "Everton that"?

Can we finally stop with the head wobbles that leave grown Blues crying?

Since the Moyes era at least we've been guilty of too often failing to show up in big games and/or failing miserably against so-called lesser teams at Home.

Is there a chance, finally, with an experienced manager at the helm, we'll stop this horrible annoying tendency?

I'm not expecting miracles and us to head down the '62 and play either of the Mancs off the park. But the days of turning up at one of the sky elite and not even trying were all too common. I know we finally turned that record around a bit under Ancelotti but then he followed that up most times with having us play with clogs on our feet and make a West Brom, a Fulham or a Crystal Palace look like blimmin Brazil.

Likewise I know every team has their day but at least if we're playing a team with a fraction of our playing budget - at least for God's sake I want to see us look as if we know where the goal is and try and attack.

We had a more experienced Manager last season.

This will be Bulbous Benny's fourth Bum-Fight of the season so far.
Can we wait until we have played a decent team before we start deciding what will or will not happen for the rest oft he season?

Incredibly premature, nice to see a bit of pace and fight in the first three league games but let’s slow down on these wild proclamations.
This time last year we were top of the league and the pop charts!

Of course it's early days but at 1-0 we were shot to pieces in recent years.

Am sure I've read how terrible our stats were at coming back from going a goal down.

We’ll never, ever be past Everton that.

For example… desperately need a right back, and then our right back gets injured. (He thankfully was able to play).

Richarlison gets sent into the stands by Tarkowski, and we get a throw, two seconds later, Townsend gets carded for a minor tug back.
