Are we in danger of being too loyal ?

I have the problem of being too loyal everything week on FF. Can't have RS or any opposition players in my squad. So many minuses...

This is only sort of on topic.

Being a relatively new fan compared to most on here (joined near the end of Moyes' tenure), I haven't really had a chance to feel "loyalty" to specific players yet.

I think that's what is so exciting to me about the squad we have now. We have so much potential and, if we can keep them at the club, I can't wait to experience the loyalty/memories for players like some of you have.

Like, just imagine talking to your grandkids 60 years from now about Barkley and why there is a statue of him outside Goodison Park.

Some of you already have that with players from decades ago, and more recently too (Big Dunc for example), but I hope to have it about Lukaku, Barkley & Stones etc.

Not a chance, unfortunately. Money talks nowadays, and there's no such thing as player loyalty in today's game. Loyalty only comes about when there isn't solid interest from a bigger club.
If City/United came in for Ross/Romelu they'd want out trust me. It'd be so good to have genuine world class players commit their careers at Everton but those days are long gone.
Even Gerrard wanted out at one point when Chelsea came knocking, then stated he couldn't make the move out of loyalty (cough bollocks).....he received death threats is what made him change his mind.
