Everton are massively in crisis...NOW.

1 --Half our 25 man squad will be over or around 30 years old OR just not good enough.

2 -- We have no current exciting 1st team centre backs (which may change with Duffy/Mustafi admittedly)

3 -- If Baines is injured we have no replacement

4 -- We currently have only 1 forward who is able to score goals at this level on a consistent baseis -- Beckford

5 -- We have no width other than Baines in defence and coleman at right midfield (who should be right back and is now injured)

6 -- We have absolutely zero funds to strengthen the squad or replace the ageing players

7 -- Moyes is too stubborn to move on older players and we are unable to offload deadwood

I've left this at 7 points as a direct link to the inability of this squad to finish in the top 7 this season.

With all due respect. Every single one of those points is wrong.

And you have no credibility on this forum, on your previous pronouncements.

We need a winger. Urgent. Sure.

Considering that the majority of the debt is long term securitisation, the likelihood of that happening is remote, and therefore not likely to cause a crisis unless we were relegated.

Exactly one or two younger players show something this season and force their way in will shake things up on its own.

On top of if we sold Yobo and Yak and replaced with a winger... which could happen in the next three weeks for all anyone knows.

Far too much negativity from some blues imo! We'll finish about 6th or 7th which like it or not is about our level these days as we cannot compete financially ! I for one am looking forward to the new season as i know despite all our shortcomings the toffeemen will give us plenty of reasons to be proud evertonians. Crisis my a***
