Are fans affecting the integrity of the league?

Just think at the top level the league should have been behind closed doors all season, fair and equitable for everyone, yes we profited last night, but Burnley had no-one at their gaff last week, another * season for me, and I will say the same of the Carabao Cup even if(don't laugh!!) we lift it lol

Don't think it makes that much of a difference to be fair, This season is just one big mess in general, You can't call results or title runners so far it's so tight.

Think this initial few weeks of results will probs lean towards those playing at home and then we’ll see things level out by next month.

In a way it does affect the integrity of results and that, but then we’ve already seen a lack of integrity with away wins going up, goals scored going up and the weekly comedy of VAR.

So much has already been allowed to compromise the sporting integrity that I honestly don’t think it’ll make that much of a difference no matter how the return of fans is handled.

So for that reason, may as well just bring a bit of joy into a few peoples lives.

Simple question really - Southampton looked 10x better with fans, Fulham did today... and we certainly did.

With the stupid tier system, with some fans allowed, others aren't, is it harming the integrity of the league by having certain clubs having a massive home advantage?
No different to last season where we played a load of return fixtures without fans so swings and roundabouts for me

If there was no fans then there wouldn't be the money in the game that there is. Fans are part and parcel of sport hence the term home advantage. If you level the playing field far too much without fans then you lose the balance that any team can beat another with a little bit of encouragement

Competitive Integrity went out the window last season with the restart

Agred - but that's a different debate though; for me, I think everyone knew at the start of this season there were going to be unusual variables, Fans at some grounds, games delayed for Covid, travel restricitons, temp dressing rooms and an unusual fixture list.

2020/21 will have an * beside it no matter that the outcome as the covid season
