Player Valuation: £60m
Pellegrini getting a lot of flak for saying they are, but In my opinion they actually are. Just look at the squads. Look at who will be fighting for the title and European Cups for the next couple of years. Look who will be lucky to be playing Thursday nights on ITV 4 next season.

The whole bigger club thing doesn't really matter to players/managers etc. Do they have more money, better players, a better chance of getting the top talent, a higher chance of success? Yes they do.

No chance.

City are big, but United have been the biggest team in the world in terms of fans because they have built up their support over two decades of success.

If City carry on the way they are going then clearly they'll overtake them at some point, but they're nowhere near it now.

Not a chance, United are a much bigger brand than City globally. They might have a better team but they aren't a bigger club.

not even close.

having a better team for one season does not make you bigger than a team who has dominated over 3 decades. united are one of the top 3? biggest teams in the world.

will city even sell out their expanded stadium?

Pelligrini just says this so the deluded city fans get on his side.

Having lived in Manchester (I've been decontaminated !), there's definitely more united fans than city fans. The city fan's have massive chips on their shoulders

3rd division not that long ago.

Probably the only way they can out-trophy Utd is promotion play off wins.
