Finners
I have not seen nearly as much as many of you but it never sees to amaze me how incredible buildings n' places men can plan and build
When you walk around Liverpool, look up, not at eye level.
The sights are great.
Rome is a must if you love your architecture.
Lovely city, well worth a visit.
It's probably viewed as a bit geeky on here, but I also have a passion for architecture Finners. Not sure how much time you've spent over here mate, but this country is blessed with some stunning buildings with the whole spectrum from medieval right through to current cutting edge design. Some of our stately homes are beyond belief, when you factor in the man hours that it took to create them, combined with the technology they had at their disposal.
my trips there have been footy related but ive managed to see some beautifull stuff anyways..for example that cathetral was just amazing..i believe it was catholic...or maybe anglican?
this one, anglican...my jaw dropped to the floor when i stepped inThere's 2 in Liverpool mate, one of each demonination. The 'wig wam' is the Catholic one.
