Nah. They will have settled on a figure somewhere inbetween a figure lower than the total for two years, it like reverse redundancy. Probably around £2m I'd have imagined.

Plus he will be liable for the 50% tax, your £8m would halved, then probably halved again on my calculations.
 

I never thought he was a bad player, I'd have him personally. Never seemed to do too badly when he played, he was just like, permanently injured, and when healthy never got the opportunities for some reason, didn't fit into Kenny's preferred formations of something.

If we can get him on the cheap then I'll be more than happy to have him here.
