I'm sure that they are very good and all that, and better for some occupations, but for the greater part they are just overpriced and aimed at those that have to have an image.

All in all, in comparison with other stuff pricewise, they are a bit [Poor language removed] really.

Yes, Apple computer are a bit [Poor language removed] given their price and the fact that they are actually *gasp* PC's!!!!! They just run a different OS, and it is basically a skinned Linux at that!!!

Problem with Apples is that you buy Apple and that's what you're stuck with. They release a Macbook Pro every year, with about 5 different models. Compare that to any normal PC of which you could make 10000's of different configurations. Apple is trying to brand every electronic they can and make it only work with their [Poor language removed]. Windows isn't the best O/S, but its compatible with almost everything - they could also buy components stick it in a PC and say: THERES AN iWINDOWS, BUY IT. And imagine they did that, wow I don't even want to imagine something so depressing.

I hate Apple solely on principle and their closed nature. Their O/S and devices are quality, but they lack user choice and openness and lots of users are stuck up tits who bow to the feet of Steve Jobs*. And he's a tit too.

*If you own a Mac pretend you didn't read that.

My wife was brought up on Mac, and I got her a Macbook last year. I was very impressed. I just haven't had the problems I did with my PC. I don't like the way apple does things, and I don't have to have every apple product released, but for what I need it for, it is ace. But take what I said with a grain of salt, because its just my opinion; and opinions are like.. well you know. They can all stink. Happy New Year all. (Oops, almost forgot to leave my sacrifice at the foot of my Steve Jobs altar in the closet.)

I notice whenever someone chats about apple products they always have to mention their wife(s) (MacBooks,iPhone etc) have a look at the apple discussion forums, is it like a secret society of sexy wives with even sexier MacBooks?
