Apathetic Evertonians

£900 for a season ticket, I'll do what I like at the game.
Having said that, I never have a pint before or during the game, never buy food as it's crap, unhealthy and expensive.
The main reason I don't drink before or during the game is I can't be arsed going to the toilet and getting on peoples nerves squeezing past.
Where I was in Goodison there were very few who would leave early at half time or full time, BMD will be the same. Today was a friendly, a jarg one at that, people were just mooching around I thought because it's all new.

It was a friendly ,never been one yet with an atmosphere.
It was a chance for people to have a nose about.
The football was dire, what to people want
It was full of family's and kids
The atmosphere was none existent.
But it will be OK when people settle in.
Point taken that friendly match atmospheres tend to be worse than competitive fixtures, but I have been to plenty of friendly matches before today which have had better atmospheres and some singing. All I would have liked is for a little chanting and for somebody to get a song going every once in a while. It will definitely improve as the only way is up when it comes to atmosphere in the ground.

The queues in thr North Stand area were really bad. 20 mins to even get in the ground. Big queues for the toilet, and big queues for a drink. I can imagine many fans will need to stretch half time over 20-25 mins.
I read a couple of reports on the north stand with the queueing, wha would you say exactly was the issue, was it clear? Not enough entrances in operaion?

I reckon there were too many seats allocated to that turnstile. I got there at 2.30 hoping to walk around but the queue snaked around 3 times so we started queuing straight away and we ended up missing Z Cars. Must have been a good couple of hundred behind me too

I was with my kids so was after a different match day but Ive said all along there's nowhere decent for fans who like to start chants to be by each other, and there's been no effort from the club, or fan groups, to organise a place neither.

I think it will be a big game atmosphere stadium, if you get the average game atmosphere right then you get more big games.
