I think you will find that all the mosaics so far have been done by the Kopite who does the Kop.

It doesn't matter who is doing it. It's a nice touch from Everton to respect the passing of some top evertonians and maybe give the families a bit of comfort in what is a hard year for some people who have lost loved ones.
