Honestly si you should have just walked off, i work for council (not as a litter policeman) and if the person was like 99% of us council workers he would have been too lazy to follow you lol

I like to think that council workers would follow the edict that they should try to do what Joe Anderson would do. So probably go on twitter and make some outraged comments and then toot their own horn rather than actually do anything.

Don't forget to say that it's mainly due to the central Tory government cuts to local councils and I think you should run for mayor. Just make sure you swap one of those big brass metal things on your chains for an ashtray.
