There is certainly some truth in what he says. He's not talking about being fair handed and critical, even the most positive of posters online are critical of the team, manager and board. The difference is also seeing the positive and recognising that with equal relish.
On the toffeeweb comment I haven't read toffeeweb in a very very long time. The vibe on there from some of their regular contributors really made me feel the whole site could have been an elaborate kopite windup (I know it's not by the way, but to me it did a damn good impression).
I would have found this fantastic forum a hell of a lot sooner if there wasn't the toffeeweb association. Kipper is a bit of a meltfest, too much typing and not enough reading and E606 where I'd been for years had just become a bit too much of a love-in. Quality posters and great people to meet up with for matches when I was exiled in Bristol, but all a bit safe and few differing opinions apart from DK of course.
I wonder which forum is the one this fella is talking about? Not here I don't think, my money is on kipper.
