We all know they are scum, and have got away with plenty of incidents at all games (not just derby's) so what made this different?

Not sure, all I can garner from circulating sources so far has been that a few of the unquestionable boys in blue have become embroiled in a tussle, a few civilians have been seriously injured, and somehow, somehow, the unquestionable boys in blue have had to be questioned.
