Please help to halt the closure of KCC kirkby campus which is under threat of closure despite it being the more modern of the 2 buildings and houseing excellent quality workshops, if you want to help please sign the petition below, thanks in advance:

Yep they are looking to close it by September this year and move everything to Roby and the new site in princess drive, 40 people about to be made redundant.

Spot on mate, hence the reason we are starting to belive that tesco have got their greasy hands all over this,

It makes no sense whatsoever, there is a meeting between the senior management team (which their Is now only 2 of and they are both from derby!!) and the gouverners where they will both try and push this through without any consultation with anyone in Kirkby!
