Anyone else wish we sold Baines?

Great player, great servant and a fantastic role model but he's been majorly dissappointing this season in my opinion. Also I'm of the opinion we'll not have that much money this summer, if we had cashed in at say 18m it could of given us the coppers to strengthen other areas in our team. As it stands were going to be shopping in the bargain basement again while man utd sign fooking luke shaw and will probably spalsh another 100m to get back into that top 4.

Baines 18m + Fellaini 27.5m = 45.5m

He is one of our best players so we need to keep him. Whoever you put at left back it will weaken that position. Did you take into account the wages of those players you mentioned will come to many millions on top.

I do agree that Baines was not up to his normal standards but nevertheless even not on his top form he is bloody good.
