Anyone eating meat today

Was brought up to eat fish on a good Friday but now I don't follow this anymore, anyone follow the traditions of not eating meat today.

I haven't decided what I'm eating today yet, but whatever decision I make won't be based on fear of the vengeance of a god that irrationally seems to hate Fridays or whatever.

I think he was crucified on a friday so I can see why he wouldn't like them.

Still do the no meat thing on Good Friday, but mainly coz that's what the Nuns beat into the wife... tbh would probably do it on my own out of habit...but we're arl arses, my kids ( alter boys both ) don't bother now and wind their mum up about it.

Dont usually pay attention to this no meat thing but this year im playing by the rules, i need some good luck this year.

Such a shame too cos i bought a nice piece of lamb yesterday i was going to cook up untill me dad reminded me last night it was good friday
