Been to see Dortmund a few times, including the derby at home to Schalke which was boss.

The ground is ace and obviously massive. When the locals get going the place bounces and is up there with the best ground experiences in Europe.

Dortmund itself ain't a bad night out, but not a par on the likes of Dusseldorf, cologne or Frankfurt to name a few.

There's a small red light area just on the other side of the rain station from the main shopping/town centre area ;-)

Red light areas , I'm shocked !! Now we're amongst friends though for me cologne = Pascha !!! (Get on google !!)

Did you go Liege? Very much like that, nothing near the ground, factories and warehouses.

Tbf I went Wigan away the other season and on the walk from the train station to the ground was just industry and warehouses, untill you get to the retail park that is.

Dortmund really showed to the world yesterday how it should be done.

Yellow wall is extraordinary thingy...notice that the net infront of the wall makes it possible to do those awesome fan artworks.

Yeah been a couple of times. I agree Dortmund itself is a bit bland but the people are friendly enough.

Easiest games to get tickets to are cup games. I went to my first game when the likes of Sammer, Moller, Chapuisat etc. Great team that.
