Any ideas who we should be looking to bring in as a striker?

So DCL is out again and against Villa, we looked decent in parts but it was glaringly obvious we were missing a striker that we could pass to in order to hold up the play and cross into? I know Broja has been discussed but he looks like he's staying at Chelsea after they've lost a few forwards. Any one know the other leagues well enough to suggest some strikers?

Should be targeting a youngish, say 21 y/o with at least a season in this league with a record of say 4 goals & 2 assists in 50 appearances.
£40m -£50m should cover it.
