Apply the update from SD Card and it might revert to an earlier update

I thought that was the most likely option but it just goes through the same menus. There's obviously no backup on the SD card. I'm trying to see how to get the right software on the SD card so a reboot from SD might work.

You could always do the nuclear option and reset it.

I actually had the same thing happen my last phone but was always able to Jimmy the power button to start it eventually.

I sent it back to Samsung but they told me I mistve done it myself and refused to fix it the barstewards.

Is the power button one of the inputs used to navigate the start up menu?
