of course if you don't want viruses again in the future, you could always switch to OSX, very few viruses are made to run on it, its worth considering.

thanks to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i reached breaking piont this am took the morning off work went to see a mate laptop under arm sat there had a coffee moaned for 30 mins or so and it was sorted for now reckons ill need a rebuild soon but at least im on line with no s...e
