I've been in a similar situation. Lasted for 2 years with our next door neighbour. Absolutely ruined my life at the time. I know how you feel man, it's so hard trying to keep calm.

The day they got kicked out by the landlord i shed a tear i'll be honest!

Sorry i can't help with the dogs pal. Just don't do anything that'll get you arrested because the police will end up doing you if you go crazy with them!
