To be honest, you are arguing against yourself. You want to ignore the murder rate per percentage of the population, this shows a more accurate result because countries with fewer people, should, have lower instances of murder. However you want to use it with regards to the crime rate. Here is the US State Department's advisories for both countries.

Does this not explain that if you are in a room with 1000 Westminster Residents, you are more than twice as likely to be a victim of crime, than if you were in a room with 1000 Liverpool residents?, total populations are immaterial.

Your best option is to stop listening to people in the media having cheap pops at Liverpool, oh and stay away from the Philippines, they appear to have a kidnapping problem (but we'll forgive them as they just send the money home to their parents)

Let's say West minster has 1 person living there but 10,000 visitors everyday. Now let's say 1o0 of those visitors suffer a crime whilst they're there, the crime statistics will imply that Westminster has 100 crimes per person per day.

You've givn the numbers of murders as a % and then stated that this would increase if people moved back from working overseas.

There is no evidence to suggest this. In fact logically would be the other way around with most workers overseas being professionals or maids and statistically less likely to commit murder.

Also including the entire Philippines is madnesswhen this would include the muslim region of Mindinao
which has terrorist training camps there and officials running the region by fear and corruption.

Im not really sure what correlation there is here but you should be looking at murder rates among the 'unemployed/poor' compared to the 'employed/wealthy' in a specific location e.g Manila/London, Ceby/Liverpool etc.

Middlesbrough 207.72 CRIME RECORDED PER 1,000 PEOPLE
and using your logic, there are far more tourists visiting Liverpool every year, which would make it a far, far safer place.

In my experience British expats are the ones who are MOST interested in the UK crime rates. If you catch my drift.
