It's just that they never shut up about stupid things, always food related or love island, try and get a conversation going about something serious and their eyes glaze over

One person does something wrong , everyone gets a warning from higher management.

The staff have a little bit of flexibility on their hours but if one person took the Mick then everyone would lose it overnight.
