he has to work on his game with his back to goal, and improve his link up play.

its good to have variety in the striking options. victor could provide strength and power to the attack, because sometimes the game requires more that out-and-out pace (aj, vaughan)

Needs to work on his attitude. Was a bit petulant (over nothing) in the Bremen game and got a ticking off. Heard he's a bit of a party animal as well so needs to calm down there also. On the plus side was apparently influential in persuading Vaughnie not to jack it all in
