He was a tremendous goalkeeper. Not the biggest, but definitely one of the most athletic and dominant in his penalty area. He was superb in one-on-ones. A proper goalie.

I went to see him at brockville when he played for QoS, Falkirk beat them 5-0 but it could have been 10-0, what a game he had, incredible agility for a bulky guy.
Sad news, that's a particularly bad cancer he's got I can only wish him the very best in his fight against it.

Awful news. Always liked him; big fan of keepers who don’t look the most athletic but end up being oddly class/agile anyway.

Only one winner here, but hoping he puts up the best fight he can, and doesn’t suffer too much.

Sad to hear, as an opposing fan (dons) the flying pig was a figure that we loved to hate but his ability was never ever in question.

Hope he doesn't suffer and manages to enjoy his family for the time he has left.
