is lukaku actually going there? why taking a step down from west brom? surely chelsea could lend him to liverpool if they're only worried about challengers.

he's be competing with torres and ba for the first team spot next season if i was boss, really don't see too much difference in the 3

Hes a good to average player lad but 18m do me a fav, 13 goals in nearly 70 games is not a great return mate
