West ham have agreed a fee with Liverpool for Caroll and are in talks with Chelsea for a loan for Lukaku.
That's one hell of a strike force next season for £15m.
Add a couple of pacey wingers and there well in business there..

This season it's key to get business done early, as there is the extra TV dosh around..

Great move for west ham bad move for Lukaku IMO.

He's got a lot more to his game than hustle and bustle and playing the target man. Be a handful for any CB pair though.
 
We're too big a threat to loan any decent players but too small to sign them. Koff Everton.
 

Don't get all the hype about Carroll to be honest, he's a decent player at best for me but Brenda should have given him more of a chance at Lpool without giving us all a load of bull about how a squad is like a decent meal blah blah.

Lukaku on the other hand is a fantastic talent and, listening to him speak, sounds like he's got his head screwed on.

i agree on the lukaku.
 
depressing that another mid table side has a better strike force than us we really need a marquee signing this summer,

good times for west ham though new stadium, spending big money on players

If we signed Carroll for anything over 7m I would be fuming, So what if WH are blowing 18m on the cart horse thats there problem, I for one am glad we try and spend more wisely

As for Lukaku hes going there because they are no direct threat to Chelsea where as we are, Take it as a compliment that we cant get him
