I always thought Phil Dowd (sp) was mostly fair. He might miss some calls but he does manage a good game.

Dowd or Halsey would have done, you can guarentee a Peno for them and a dubious red card for us anyway

Some refs may not be brilliant but they are firm and fair. Thought it might have been the southampton game, ref put his foot down early on what he was going to allow and what he wasnt and was consistant. Constant pushing by defenders on strikers and vice versa not given all day too.
