Was just sorting out my fantasy league team for the weekend, looking to pick up a midfielder and seeing that Arsenal have easier looking games pulled their squad up. Saw his name and a low amount of points so has he been injured? Wikipedia makes no mention of it and he hasn't been on loan since last season.

Think we were interested before Euro 2008 when he really burst on to the scene, should have bought him and then flogged him after the euros. But hindsight is everything.

Yeah I heard that too, I think it was a case that he got found out/doesn't suit the English game, as we have seen with so many Russian players
