I still don't know why Capello just doesn't go with a team of players under 26. The current squad has proven themselves to be a bunch of losers and now they are all over the hill.
 

It just shows what a state the English national team is in, if a manager like Capello can't change them.

I think most of them are too far up their own backsides and can't be changed. Capello needs to stop playing Mclarens team and start dropping them for some of the lads from the U21's.
 
I think England are trying to play a certain type of football that just doesn't suit them, we struggle playing the slick and pass and move football. We don't seem to have the flair, natural ability and quality in adundance to play pass and move entertaining football.

England lack a natural play maker, no one makes them tick and no one has that bit a magic about them. Joe Cole at times but even his end product is not always great.

You should play to your strengths and go back to basics. Physical box to box football, that's the only way England could be successful. Two target men, two out and out wingers and two powerful box to box midfielders. Beat teams into submission, get the ball in the box and play at a high tempo.

I know Sam Allardyce is not everyones cup of tea, I personally don't rate him but I do think someone like him could be successful with this current England team. He knows how to play physical, high tempo physical football.
