Carl Court. Fooled us all proper.

My nephew had a small disagreement on whether Yak fouled him, or he handballed. No, he not only handballs, he falls over like he's been shot by a kalashnikov. He gets my "Van Nistelroy Horsehead Award" for great acting ability.

Didn't fool the ref, but fooled his "assistant". Second game where an Assisatant has cost us a goal (first v Blackburn). Given the time taken to decide on the incident (with countless replays on tv) technology would have sorted this on out in a minute.

And I think that Court should be charged with acting beyond the call of duty. (n)(n)

I honestly thought he had dislocated his shoulder or soemthing the way he screamed when he went down. Knew he had given away a penalty so tried to pretend he was fouled.

Regarding the penalty situation, I'm fairly certain the lineman told the ref:

"Hey! Everton have already gotten their yearly alotment of penalties this season. Give them a fk instead and blame the decision on the fact that you were blocked"

The day can't come soon enough when they start to retroactively punish players for feigning injury and/or diving with no contact.

When that day comes, and they punish the first few offenders with multiple game bans, you'll see this sort of nonsense stop.

Until then, it'll continue on.

i rarely agree with measures to change the way the game is evaluated, and tx i rarely agree with you at all, but we're most definitely in agreement on this issue.

Gabby Agbonlahor was booked for feigning injury last night :)
