Are they the worst company to fly with??

My cousin and his family are stranded in the states due to cancellation of flight home. Out to the states they had a delay due to a cancellation, missed a connecting flight to Orlando and then had to fork out for new flights as the customer service was abhorrent.

He was buzzing as he got a cracking deal pricewise with them but is regretting it now. Says they make Ryanair look ultra professional.

Absolute horror show of a company.

Flew back from South America with them a couple of years ago, flight attendants long since dead behind the eyes, one screen right at the front with reused earphones (in the ear as well I think) abysmal food and genuinely really uncomfortable. Supposed to cancel a lot of flights close to the time / on the day with no explanation too.

Much rather fly with Emirates / Qatar / Virgin

I was always under the impression they were better than United, but that's not saying much. Air-travel has gone to piss in the last few decades.

They’re utterly dreadful. I pity anyone who flies with them, if I had flights booked I’d be looking to change them immediately.

Oh and don’t get me started on the customer service.

Emirates are fantastic.

Never heard a good word said about American airlines, the seats are tiny.

My mate had to cancel his entire holiday cos they cancelled his flight when he was on his way to the Airport.

Emirates are excellent, flew with them the last two years and involved a connecting flight.

Only disappointing thing was the chicken sausage in its breakfast meal.

Dan Air was an experience.

Flew with them once a few days after the shoe bomber thing. We pretty much had the entire back section of a 777 to ourselves, the flight was that quiet.

Had the best service ever...
