4th generation Evertonian, since 1981. My Great Grandad, from Wicklow, I'm told was part of the congregation that helped build what was then St.Domingo's FC. Middle name is Robert, after Bob Latchford.
Met a bird on a weekend in Manchester about 5 years ago & it turned out we'd been on holiday in Salou, Spain, at exactly the same time in 1995. We'd have both been around 14. As we get deeper into conversation & I tell her I spent most of the holiday in my Everton shirt, she goes: "I can vaguely recall my Dad going 'look at that nobhead with #18 PARKINSON on the back of his shirt'" - that nobhead was me.
Great love for Sheeds, Nev & all of the 1983-87 side as a little kid, but the Dogs of War got me at just the right time when I was making my own mind up, and Joe was always my favourite.
Sit in the Main Stand, just in front of where my arl Grandad is interred.
Pineapple on a pizza is sound. Not my first choice, but if you pair it up with the right toppings it can be sheer liquid wonderment.
Here's one, you know the shortening of the word 'casual' - how the f*** do you spell it?
Cheers everyone
