decent player, don't forget donovan leaves in a few weeks an we need another option on the right, wouldn't be bad for half a season

Wenger didn't want him to leave, but he clearly lost his way in Spain. He'll be with better players than at Brum and will hopefully be more motivated.

What he can do is pick a pass, which is something we've missed since Arteta left.

Could be a great signing.

Too many wide players on loan - if we can get in another wide man who can make the grade, we should imo.

Dunno if he makes the grade though? From what I've seen his form is patchy, but when he's on he's boss.

*edit - assumin Moyes wants to play him there. He could also replace Timmy in the hole, if Moyes decides he needs replacing.

No need whatsoever - would just be wasted wages.

Drenthe, Pienaar, Coleman, Donovan or even Vic, Osman or McFadden can play wide.

Probably go back to Germany, Russia or potentially over to the MLS (or silly money at Leicester, West Ham or QPR)

Wouldnt class hima s gash just needs to play in a formation and style that suits him. Good player at Arsenal he created chances for others but could barely score but able to keep the ball. Clearly not good enough for Barca but he was competiting against Xavi and Iniesta and I do recall Rijkaard signed him before being replaced by Guardiola. Birmingham barely had the ball on the ground so to judge him from that would be harsh. He could do a job for us off a striker but cant see him being effective in a 2 in midfield. Would be a bit of a gamble but if hes on low wages he might be worth a punt

Hleb would be a good cheap short term signing. He doesn't score but can keep possession and is creative.

Were gonna loose Donovan in a few weeks, leaving us just pienaar and drenthe as natural wingers. Hleb would provide excellent cover and the ability over drenthe to come on keep the ball and close games off.

We need a squad not just first eleven. Short term deal till end of season with option of extending it.
